We are currently seeking an individual to fill the Full Time Assistant Community Director position for a 188 space Mobile Home Park in Davis, CA.

Requirements for the Assistant Community Director (Full Time):

• Must have apartment and/or mobile home experience
• Computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook a must, Publisher preferred
• AppFolio Property Management Software experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is required
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to research needed information online and over the telephone
• Ability and desire to part of a team
• High school diploma
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must pass fair housing quiz

Responsibilities for the Assistant Community Director (Full Time):

• Be the main point of contact for residents, prospective residents and vendors at your community
• Main focus will be to assist the Community Director with major projects
• Effectively market the property
• Strive for a high occupancy of satisfied residents

Schedule: Full Time (30 hours per week or more)
